Cider Share is the annual opening reception for CiderCon 2024.
Cider Share 2024 will be held Wednesday, January 17th, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Portland Convention Center in Portland, Oregon. You must be present to pour ciders. There is no cost to pour cider at Cider Share. This application does NOT include your CiderCon registration - watch for a separate CiderCon registration form. In order to pour at Cider Share the individual cidery must be participating in CiderCon as a full attendee. Local cideries who are attending can request a temporary pourer pass for their staff.
This application does not guarantee acceptance; Applicants will be notified of acceptance via email before CiderCon.
Cider Share Instructions (subject to change)
1. Cider must be delivered to your table in the Regency Ballroom between 1:00 - 3:00 pm on Wednesday, January 17th. Your company name will be visible on your assigned table.
2. Cider MUST be brought into the hotel with you when you check in. No cider can be delivered to the hotel in advance of your stay. Cider should be kept in your room – the hotel will not store it for you.
3. If your application is approved, you will be notified of the amount of cider to bring. For reference, the amount of cider to bring per company is listed below.

4. Two people per company are allowed to pour and will not need Cider Share tickets.. Additional company representatives will need to purchase tickets to Cider Share when they register. Pourers will need to obtain an Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) permit in order to pour cider.
5. Kegs, seltzers, or malt beverages are not allowed.
6. Please bring your own bottle openers if needed. There will be tubs of ice available to cool your ciders.
7. Any leftover unopened cider must be picked up by you when you leave. Unclaimed cider will be donated to volunteers.
8. Please do not bring banners. You can have tabletop signs, flyers or stickers to advertise your ciders.
